A few weeks ago I made a blog post, 6 boots you need this season and I figured what better post to do, than what to wear with these boots. My clients ask me all the time what is the right boot to wear with xyz, it’s easier than what it seems. No need to overwhelm yourself, I’ll keep you covered :)
The classic black booties
These are one of those boots that can honestly work with everything in your closet, the magical boot. You can wear it with every type of jeans; skinny, straight and wide leg (bootcut). This boot also looks great with leggings, pants, skirts, maxi’s and dresses. I paired the classic booties with our cozy midi dress. Add a pair of fishnet socks and spice up this look! What to avoid, basically nada ladies!!
Cheetah Print Booties
Print boots are this seasons must have. And as I’ve mentioned before, this animal print bootie works perfectly as a nude. Regardless of the color, rest for sure these booties will work for your look. You can wear these boots with any type of skirt or dresses. These will work for any skinnies, wide leg jeans, leggings and joggers. Since I find these print boots to have some edge to them I paired it will our corset detail sweatshirt and moto style leggings. I will avoid any straight leg pants/jeans and any midi style skirt or dresses.
Yes ma’am! These are the type of boots that looks great on everyone! They are super comfy and look so adorable on. I love wearing mine with leggings and creating that effortless look with a duster and a scarf. You can totally wear them with any type of leggings, knee length or mini skirts, jeggings, skinny or straight jeans. What to avoid, wide leg pants, midi style skirts or dresses
Open Toe Booties
My favorite style for sure! I personally love wearing them with jeans, but just to show you how far these can go, I am choosing a way to style them for a night out. A paired these booties with a knee length holiday dress. Since this dress cuts right on the knee, having a t-strap heel or an open toe booties makes your legs appear longer. What to avoid, with this practical boot that sits above the ankle, don’t pair this shoe with any midi style skirts or dresses.
Over the knee
#slay Yes Bella’s it doesn’t matter what you wear with this shoe… heads will be turning!! I am featuring a monochromatic look, because not only is it a trend (and a good one, may I add) but it doesn't distract from these statement boots. You can pair them with your skinnies, leggings, mini dresses or skirts. What to avoid, well its pretty obvious… any wide leg jeans or pants.
These boots are the most practical in my wardrobe! They are what I call my “mom shoes”. Low heel, comfy, yet super stylish!! My favorite to wear these booties are with skinny jeans for that effortless look :) What to avoid? Personally I would stay away from midi style, because of the low heel it doesn’t go with my frame.
Which boot has been on repeat for you? How do you style it?
