Winter’s are long and draining! No one feels like doing anything, but stay home warm in your couch. There’s nothing wrong with a night in, cozy in your couch watching Netflix… but when your mood totally changes and your kinda like blah with everything, all the time ,then something needs to change. Sometimes not getting enough sunlight can decrease your mood, leaving you feeling a little down.

I don’t do enough, but wish I did. Changing things around your home, making your home brighter can definitely enhance your mood.
Take on a new hobby! Don’t you wish you were better at something? Now its the prefect time to take up on it. Cooking? Baking? Salsa Classes?

Changing appearance can totally make you feel better.
